Nature of the products

The products sold are live plants, which may exhibit natural variations in size, color, shape, and appearance. Additionally, they may experience stress due to transportation and acclimatization, which does not constitute a product defect.

Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in the local currency (MXN).

Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are charged separately.

Product availability is subject to stock on hand.

The Store may modify prices without prior notice, while honoring orders that have already been confirmed.

Purchase Process

The customer is responsible for verifying that the information provided for the purchase and shipping is correct.

Once payment is confirmed, an electronic order confirmation will be sent.

Shipping

Shipments are made exclusively within Mexico via third-party courier services.

Delivery times are estimates and depend on the courier.

Once the order has been delivered, responsibility for the care of the plant falls on the customer.

The Store is not liable for delays or issues attributable to the shipping company.
