The Cattleya trianae, also known as the "orchid of Colombia," is an emblematic species due to its elegance and vibrant colors. Its large and showy flowers, with hues combining white, pink, and an intense purple lip, make it one of the most appreciated in its genus.
It blooms mainly in winter and early spring and is famous for its sweet fragrance. It grows in humid mountain forests, between 1,200 and 2,000 meters of altitude, where it enjoys good light, high humidity, and moderate temperatures.
Easy to cultivate with proper care, it is ideal for those looking for a classic, fragrant orchid full of history. A natural gem for any collection!

Care
Watering: They require the substrate to dry completely between waterings. Avoid waterlogging, as their roots are sensitive to excess water.
Humidity: Benefits from high ambient humidity.
Light: They thrive in well-lit spaces, avoiding direct sun exposure, which can burn their leaves.
Fertilization: Apply fertilizer before the flowering season to stimulate spike formation and improve the size, quality, and quantity of the flowers.
